Frist Claims judiciary Acted "Fair"

According to this article Frist has changed his tune about the judiciary. Frist, one who is talked about as a potential Presidential candidate in 2008, has just permanently lost MY vote (unless he changes his mind and does something legally to take the judges to task). It does not matter WHO the Democratic candidate will be....not even Hillary Clinton. I will vote for a third party candidate in a battle between Frist and Clinton even if it is a wasted vote. In my opinion, Frist is a REPUBLICAN FLIP FLOPPER.
