Irrevocable Choice

Irrevocable Choice is a blog about life issues. Those in favor of legalized abortion often use the word "choice." Once completed, the "choice" to destroy a human life either via abortion, euthanasia, or embryonic stem cell research is IRREVOCABLE. It is PERMANENT. It can NEVER be undone. The innocent life can NEVER be restored.

Greer Quits His Church Because They Criticized His Rulings

According to this article, Greer, the judge who imposed a harsh death sentence on Terri Schiavo, which in my opinion, violates the 8th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (forbidding cruel and unusual punishment), quit his church because he didn't like the contents of an official publication of the Florida Baptist Church which criticized his rulings. But wait, this article calls him a "church regular." If Greer is so "religious," why not take the time to understand why his rulings were being criticized? Why not have some dialogue with the author of the criticism? Why not be open to the fact that some may have serious problems with his death sentence for Terri Schiavo? Does Greer know it all? In my opinion, his decision to quit his church because a church publication spoke up for God's laws says a lot.

In my opinion, Greer reduces the act of worshipping God to a comparison with subscribing to a newspaper according to the first article linked above. If this is how he feels about attending church services, NO WONDER he has issued a harsh death penalty for Terri, in my opinion. In my opinion, no wonder he gives harsh death sentence based on HEARSAY from her husband - a man who has had two children by another woman while MARRIED to Terri. (And let's make it clear - even if Michael Schiavo divorced Terri, it would be morally wrong to be married to anyone else.) My opinion, of course, but if Greer can compare attending church service to a newspaper subscription, how can anyone possibly expect he has any respect for life?

Let's also remember that one woman has died based on a ruling by Greer accoring this article. That death was not intentional. AFTER those events, Greer has now made a ruling with the INTENT of Terri Schiavo's death. In my opinion, Judge Greer needs to be IMPEACHED.

And by the way, take a look at this information. For some reason, a hacker decided it was necessary to attempt to remove it. Hmm, what exactly did they want to cover up?

Did you know JEB BUSH has the right to put Terri's feeding tubes back in? He's in the executive branch and not under the judicial branch! But Jeb is acting like he has no power and has to honor the system - ABSOLUTELY NOT! Because of this many people are e-mailing and calling Jeb everyday to put pressure on him to do something!
ALSO, we need to ask Jeb to remove Judge Greer. Believe me, a governor has the right to remove a judge who is BREAKING the law!
Did you hear that Judge Greer ordered that no cup of water be raised to Terri's lips, no jello be administered her and said that not even ice chips could be given her to ease her dry mouth!

If you haven't already done so please contact Jeb Bush and tell him how outraged you are at Judge Greer and ask him to step in like the governor he is! Please ask all your friends to do the same.

    Jeb.Bush@myflorida.com
    Tel: (850)488-4441

(It doesn't matter if you're from Florida or not. Jeb cares about what the whole nation thinks because he's plannig to run for President one day.)

As far as the Jeb Bush thing goes, there must be a compelling reason as to why he is not acting on Terri's behalf publically (he could be behind the scenes though).

I tried calling before but I got a busy signal (there must be a lot of people calling). Will continue to keep up the pressure.

Nicole, in my opinion I do think Jeb Bush could do more. But, I also have to wonder if Greer and/or the Florida Supreme Court will simply declare anything he does "unconstitutional" or "violating the separation of powers" and then nullify it. Last time the tube was removed, Jeb Bush and the FL Legislature stepped in. The FL Supreme Court declared their actions "unconstitutional" and that was it. In FL, I really wonder how much power the executive and legislative branches have these days.

I think that Jeb Bush ought to grant Terri clemency. He has the power to do that for convicted criminals. Even IF the courts nullify that, he could at least TRY.

Jeb Bush has the legal authority to save Terri right now. Florida statutes Chapter 415.1051(2) states in part:
"EMERGENCY PROTECTIVE SERVICES INTERVENTION.--If the department has reasonable cause to believe that a vulnerable adult is suffering from abuse or neglect that presents a risk of death or serious physical injury to the vulnerable adult and that the vulnerable adult lacks the capacity to consent to emergency protective services, the department may take action under this subsection."

Why he is letting Terri suffer needlessly is beyond me! He needs to help her NOW!

I'm all for Jeb Bush doing anything he can. However, read #10 in the Petition to IMPEACH GREER. It references that statute. For some reason it does not seem to matter.

The Florida DCF tried to investigate and Greer just dismissed it, talking about "separation of powers" according to this article. I believe (am not positive) appealed to the Florida supreme court and was denied a hearing.

I wish Jeb Bush would just send in the state police to protect Terri. He really has nothing to lose. If the courts nullify his actions by saying "separation of powers," at least he'll buy Terri some time.

Judge Greer is legally blind. This is one reason he has NEVER "seen" Terri. Jewsforlife.org is a great site for info as well as PC. Many involved in this battle for life stand to lose. The political base of the Tampa area and in Washington D.C. too. If Greer is removed, there will be hell to pay from all the disabled people in the nation. Friends of his include many powerful national figures. Included in this friendship is a gentleman who wrote the American Disabilities Act. As a practicing Catholic, I found it funny, today at church, Terri wasn't even mentioned during the prayers of the faithful. I believe all this boils down to a financial descision for the Hospices throughout the nation; think of how much will be saved if the Euthanasia crowd wins. If they don't, with the ballooning retirement catchement, how many more patients will potentially be in this situation; no more health insurance to pay versus what the CFO's of these Hospices incur in the liability column. This whole "murder in slow motion" makes me sick! Pray for Terri. Choose life. .

That's funny -- I heard the opposite -- that the Church asked him to leave. Real "Christian" of them asking someone to leave for following the letter of the law. They are acting like the American Taliban. If they have such faith in God, why are they doing the juding for him?

character assignation, dangerous demagoguing.and threats of violence.

The Schindlers and the pseudo-Christian, Right-to-Life supporters have
been using character assassination techniques against Michael
Schiavo for several years. They and their supporters use half-truths,
innuendos, conjecture, defamation and falsehoods at every level
possible. As time has passed, they and their supporters are increasingly
contradicted by their own words and behavior.

They do not believe in the United States form of government and
its Constitutions and its Bill of Rights or the standing laws. They believe they are
above these all of these. If the courts rules against them, they to use every
technique of character assignation against the judges, lawyers, or anyone

intimate the legislator(s) to create a new law that works in their favor.
Don’t they realize that they’re paving the road to lose their “religious
rights”, (oh how they will scream then). The pseudo-christian leaderships
of these originations are misleading the real Christians.

The unconstitutional “Terri’s Law” affected ONLY Terri Schiavo.
Therefore, the law now proposed, which will affect ALL Americans’
Rights, if passed by the unconstitutional and unethical U.S. Congress,
should be dubbed “Schindler’s Curse,” in honor of the Schindler’s evil
agenda. Terri would be appalled to be associated with this absurd law
which, if it withstands judicial review, will affect generations to come.

The Right-to-Life and the Legislatures with each of their agendas may
keep her alive for 20 or more years. “Terri will never be Terri again”.
If today’s medicine could restore her brain, her memory will be gone
and she would have to be taught from day one (like a baby).
Who would elect to be kept live in Terri’s condition?

“Terri will never be Terri again!”

This post is a example of pseudo-christian leadership of William Rice, the pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Clearwater, Florida. Pastor Rice should have stood up for Judge Greer. Judge Greer is the most ethical and honorible person in the judicary.

    Responding to Walter,

Tell ya what, Spud, why don't you tell me what's wrong with the following, instead of just talking about these nebulous half-truths, howzat?

    1. Michael Schiavo is living with a woman, engaged to her, having fathered two children by her already, despite being married to Terri. Can you honestly believe that this man has Terri's best interests in mind? His lawyer said, "he made a promise to Terri" regarding not letting her linger this way (I can give you his quote). What about the promises Mr. Schiavo made on his wedding day?

    2. Terri Schiavo is a living, breathing human being.

    3. She has parents who are willing to care for her until her dying day.

    4. Death by starvation is a gruesome death. Would you be in favor of putting a bullet in her head? If so, congratulations on your consistency. If not, shame on you for cowardice.

    5. If the argument is "she is vegetative, so she can't feel anything", fair enough, but the evidence (one way OR the other) is unclear. If she is vegetative, and she doesn't know anything at all, then she doesn't know that she is being kept alive as it is; is there ANY HARM in keeping her alive, since there are folks to care for her?

    6. If she is NOT vegetative, then what are we doing treating her beneath the dignity of a dog by starving her to death?

    7. She left nothing in writing regarding her wishes; we are going on the word of an adulterer who is by no means a disinterested party. Absent her explicit wishes, by what reasoning do we not opt for life?

    8. If Judge Greer is the most ethical person in our judiciary, GOD HELP US.

Anonymous and Walter, (especially you, anonymous), do you have ANY credible sources to back your claims?

If it is true that Judge Greer was asked to leave his church (which I strongly doubt), then that would be wrong.

As for judging, we are called to hate the sin and love the sinner. Where life is in danger (as Terri Schiavo's life is), we MUST speak out in a PEACEFUL and LEGAL manner. Sin must be criticized. Alleged concern about being "judgmental" only silences vocal (peaceful and legal) opposition to sin. Out of curiosity, would you tell those who spoke out against Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, etc., not to be "judgmental"?

As to Terri "never being Terri again," some say she has not been given proper therapy. She is still able to breathe. WHY has Michael not allowed the media to come in and videotape Terri? If Michael is correct, this would only HELP his case. Therefore, it should be surprising that he would not do something to HELP his case...

    1. Probable criminal abuse.
    2. Integrity.
    3. Money.

And why is he not allowing anyone to see her? We have only pictures that were taken secretly?

In response to Anon; The National Socialist Party (NSP) in the 1920's initiated "euthanasia" of those who could not defend themselves, those born with congenital "defects", and the most ironic, manic depression. These "laws" were supported by those who supported the party, and believed that Doctors and Lawyers, and to some extent Professors were the be all and end all to the "euthanasia" doctrine. Who were the NSP? Nazi Germany. The first people to oppose Nazi's were christian's and Jews in Germany. Let's just call them the "church", the Leftist Fascists in this country are attempting to re invent the government as the "church". It is very difiicult to understand the reasoning behind most of the comments on this page. You are all part of the same faction so there is no variety in you comments, thus the validity of your arguements are never tested and (in my opinion) have wholly gross errors and flaws in judgement. Let me first say that death, as we know it is a finality of life on THIS earth; However if you subscribe to the Christian faith, this life isn't to be longed after, held onto tooth and nail. For such a religious and faithful lot the Christian base is surely fearful of the enevitable and (accordingly) their on salvation. I would also like to point out the hypocrisy in individuals who have taken arms in defense of Mrs. Schiavo, but haven't raised a SINGLE VOICE, for the young boy who was removed from life sustaining machines LAST WEEK because his family ran out of insurance. RAN OUT OF INSURANCE. They fought for his life although the hospital said it was hopeless, took it took court and turned off his light. And this was for money. Where was all of you righteousness then. And, by the way this took place in Texas, made possible by a bill passed by in 1999 by the presiding Gov. I let you guess who. I hate to see suffering, I wish something could be done for Mrs. Schiavo, but for the love of our God STOP BEING SELFISH. Think beyond your own opinion. What if Mrs. Schiavo is in an enduring agony-SHE CAN'T EVEN SCREAM for God's sake!. Now I don't know if she is or isn't and news for you- niether do you. Lastly you would have our government make and break laws with the pressure of emotion. Are you for real!?! A year from now will we still be mourning the loss of Terri-or will we be complaining about how more of our civil liberties are being strip away, and what happen to due process, and what happen to fair reprensentation. I subscribe to the same feeling of saddness and grief as you do for the woman, but we separate ways when it comes to vision, you only see to the end of your hands (which are currently balled into fist) And how many of you support the death penalty. (Culture of life?) More like a culture of hypocracy. And God is neither a hypocrit nor fool. If she dies, trust me, it was the time God alotted. Amen.

Just for the record: During Reagan's Presidency I was a Mohawk clad PuNk. I cheered when the "wall came down". During the 1990's My then girlfriend had an abortion, married her, served in the military "to earn money for college". I entered the Special Operations community, and toured nearly all continents. I know sign language, French, Spanish, actually been to South Africa (unlike most who protested Apartheid, seen the barrio's in Peru and Ecquador, toured (extensively) the entire Middle East, drank pints of ale in inn's in Germany built before Columbus learned nautical navigation. You want to classify people as hypocrits? Liberal means more than one, all included; not selective topics which makes one "comfortable". If you look at the political sphere, you will find after Anarchy comes Fascism, then Democracy, then Socialism, Communism, then Fascism, closing the circle is Anarchy again. I think back to a song by "The Exploited" which said life on the dole is no fun." I remember a song titled "Pretty Vacant" and "Liar" by the Sex Pistol's. Or maybe the name on a set of skateboard trucks named "Independant" (yes I used to skate street and vert). I am sorry my parent's never divorced. I am sorry I am not in therapy. I am sorry I still believe in freedom with responsibility. I am sorry I still believe in the system vice it's administration. I am sorry I listened to Dr. Leary when he said, "Tune in, turn on, frop out" to search for truth. I am sorry I question authority. In the time of Jesus, the judges who judged him were following the law. During slavery, judges were following the law protecting owners rights. During Nazi Germany, the judges followed the law when sending people to death. Now, you justify your idiocy, which is your right, with the law. Free your mind and your ass will follow. I'll leave you with a quote from "Trainspotting"; "Choose Life." Now get off your arsenic cut acid trip and go to the Holocaust Memorial, visit the Lincoln Memorial, and get to work learning what is right. Scarrs,

First, as liberals love to say: "Stop judging us!" Many who are pro-life are consistent: Pro-life from conception to natural death. That means no contraception and no euthanasia or death penalty. You just assumed that pro-lifers are in favor of the death penalty. This degrades the rest of your comments. I do not support the death penalty in any manner unless the threat to society is so grave that there is no other option. This is consistent with the Catechism of the Catholic Church (#2266-2267). With modern technology, there is little to no reason for the death penalty.

As for your comments about the boy who died recently, this situation is tragic. On the other hand, we can only know what we happen to read/see in the media. I personally did not hear about this situation until tonight. Only God Almighty is omniscient.

As to your comments about President Bush signing a law when he was governor, again, you are being judgmental. Being pro-life does not equal absolute support for everything President Bush does or what he did in the past. Again, as liberals love to say: "Stop judging us!" Personally, I do not agree with a number of things the President has done as President. On the other hand, regarding this law, I know that some Congresspeople who were arguing for the status quo - allowing Terri to slowly die via starvation and dehydration - talked about this law. Congressman Sensenbrenner disputed the comments they made. Quite frankly, I'll take Congressman Sensenbrenner's remarks more seriously than theirs or yours.

Indeed, death is a part of life. But if God wanted Terri's soul in the past, no matter how many machines she was hooked up to, she would die. She is NOT on a ventilator. She is able to breathe on her own. I personally had a relative who died of brain cancer. She was in a hospice room, not connected to any machines. The nurses said she was healthy (as far as her heart and organs - other than the brain) and predicted she would live for "a few more weeks." She died on Divine Mercy Sunday (the Sunday following Easter Sunday), weeks ahead of the time expected by experienced medical personnel. God decided to take her at HIS appointed time. He picked the best day as a most wonderful signal to all of her relatives and friends. It is NOT for us to initiate death. This is precisely what is happening in the situation with Terri Schiavo. Removing the feeding tube is INITIATION OF DEATH BY HUMAN HANDS. GOD is the Author of Life. This is GOD'S Right, not ours. Period.

Terri Schiavo IS in enduring agony right now. She is denied nutrition and hydration. Greer has ruled that NOBODY may provide food and water orally (if she is truly in a "persistent vegetative state" she would NOT be able to swallow - PROVING Michael's case if this was tried!). People have been ARRESTED for attempting to provide a woman dying of thirst some water. My opinion is that this ruling is incredibly cruel, inhumane, and evil. This is the United States - NOT NAZI GERMANY!

As for the government "make and break laws," let's talk about that. Are you aware of the ALLEGATIONS (and I must stress these are ALLEGATIONS) about laws being broken contained in the IMPEACH JUDGE GREER petition. Of course, I'm sure you are referring to Congressional legislation that was passed early Monday morning. A woman's life is in danger here. Extraordinary situations require extraordinary measures. This is NOT a case of contractual dispute. This is NOT a case of alleged infringement of a trademark. This is NOT a case of a class action lawsuit because, for example, a shredder company forgot to warn people not to stick their fingers in the blades while the machine was on. This is a case about a woman's life being ended based on HEARSAY by a man who is married to her but had children by another woman. The government must protect its citizens. Terri is not being protected by the fact that a court is ordering starvation and dehydration, resulting in certain death.

    > or will we be complaining about
    > how more of our civil liberties
    > are being strip away, and what
    > happen to due process, and what
    > happen to fair reprensentation
Without the right to life (which Terri does not have), all civil rights go away with them. Due process? In my opinion, Terri has not had hers. Read the last part of the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. People have a right to seek redress of grievances from the government. As to fair representation, in my opinion, Terri has not had any. She has MICHAEL's LAWYER discussing HEARSAY. While I clearly could have missed something, as I have seen, FIRST, Felos said she made a generic statement about not wanting to be hooked up to machines. In recent days, Felos specifically claims she said "No feeding tubes for me." Which is it? Again, I may have missed something along the way. But it seems funny someone would specifically mention only one very unique process. Furthermore, WHY did Michael Schiavo only remember this years after the Terri was in the situation in which she currently is? Well? And what about the allegation that Michael said on CNN that he "doesn't know" what Terri wanted, according to BlogsforTerri? In my opinion, this does not equate to fair representation for Terri. We don't need to talk about the questions you brought up one year ago when we can talk about them NOW.

    > you only see to the end of your
    > hands (which are currently
    > balled into fist)
Again, stop judging us. I honestly cannot remember the last time I even made a fist with my hand. It wasn't in the last several years. And if you are trying to imply that pro-lifers are "violent" let's make it clear: violence is NOT pro-life. Violence is a violation of the Fifth Commandment. Anyone who is violent and calls themselves "pro-life" is NOT pro-life in my opinion.

    > By the way. What if we can keep
    > her alive indefinitely...forever.
Again, GOD decides when. When God is ready, if there is no human intervention, the individual will die. No matter how many machines to which the person is hooked up. Those who want this (my opinion) horrendously inhumane and evil process to end only want to give GOD His right and not for humans to trample on those rights by initiating death.

OK, I can admit to falling into my own trap concerning painting all pro-lifers with a broad brush, it only takes a few bad apples sho bomb abortion clinics to ruin the bunch. Fair? Square then. Let me take a different approach. How many of us have laid next to our significant other and in the midst of our pillow talk this exact topic has come up. Let you and I take a ride:
"If I ever become horribly disfigured will you still love me?"
-"I'll love you no matter what."
_"What if I got in an accident and was a vegetable?"
_"I would take care of you my till my dying day."
_"Good to know because I would want to be hooked up to machines for at least another thirty years."

Ok, a bit over the top, I admit, but mostly for the reason that it just doesn't vibe with the truth. But how about you? Would you want to be in the state of being Mrs. Schiavo is in- being honest with yourself (because you can TELL me anything)
I am vexed by one thing and that is the starvation thing, I don't like that one bit.
Oh, and Sickboy, the phyco Cowboy is the exact reason you get the "Bad Apple" award. You run off of emotion rather then reason, you express you point with aggresion rather then understanding, and you TRY to belittle your opposition while oblivious to the detriment you cause to both yourself and your cause. You may address me as Scarrs...Mr. Scarrs thank you. LOL (Just having fun)
But seriously and realistically this lady will die...and so will you and I. Appointed times are for God to know. We should live in grace while amoungst the evil and tyranny of this world. I am not the enemy, nor is the othe 64% that agree with me. But the law is all we have, the system, as damaged and sometime inefficient as it is, is all we have. So much for one woman, while an elderly person in our own town is frozen to death because they couldn't make their utility bill. Everyone became an activist suddenly. CW you said it yourself, you did not know about the Texas tradgedy so how could I expect... Fair enough, but you know there are ills all across the land. You know what I think. It is TOO easy to be an armchair activist, blogging away on a keyboard rather than actually going outside and making a difference. Boy, I could do this all year long...brb, gotto get a diet coke. But to all of you who are anguished by this horrible event (and believe me there are some who don't care) I feel for you and hope that through you a positive change can be made in the way we few life and the value of ALL lives. Mrs. Schaivo will become a martyr, a symbol for how callous humanity can be or how merciful it can be. That is a matter of opinion, but what isn't is where do we go from here, as a collective. Cw is proff positive that there are articulate, intellegent people on "the other side" And I am happy to have met and conversed with him. By reading some of the other blogs left, I can assume many of you can learn alot from him. He can be listened to and understood. His points can be considered because he approaches with reason not emotion or theologics. The problem with religion is there are so many and not everyone subscribes to the same school of thought. But what we do have in common, every last one of us, maybe in different amounts, is the God given gift of humanity. Other lands have dreams, most parents love their children, we all want a better world where we can shake hands and trust our neighbors to keep our children safe when we aren't able to. But it starts with you!!! Don't worry about me, him, or her,. Do your part and you will find others like you. BUT, be a hypocrit and you'll destroy the very material you wish to build. I have my own fights to fight, this one isn't one of them, this is yours to fight and I DO wish you well. And CW, you've got the makings of a leader. (poof)

Was I too "judgemental" for you? What is my "Crusade" Heir Mengele? I am a very simple man since being injured. I was comatose for four days in a burn center at UNC Chapel Hill NC. While scoring a "4" on the Glasco Coma Score (GCS). I was deemed, during initial MEDEVAC as near death. During my recovery, I learned to do everything over again. To include learning my childrens names again. I was functionally paralyzed for 3 months. Taught myself to walk again, all be it not exactly as I did before. I suffered damage to both retinas, and lost my eyesight in the left eye in 2002. While still on Active Duty, in recovery at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Md, I briefed both Senators and Congressmen on the WMD Force Protection issues facing the Med Center's potential catchement of patients and NNMC's Contingency plans. While there I faced multiple surgeries and skin graftings on my burns. In 2003, my right eye suffered a spontaneous detachment due to initial trauma suffered back in November of 2000 while hunting "bad guy's" in and around Yemen. So, I guess you can say what you want. You have that right. Personally, we had that discussion of "would you still love me if..." We are still here. II wouldn't change a thing. Heck, I am writing this with a special program which "reads" the screen to me. I am not wealthy, but I have a rich life. I have seen death; good men gone. I have faced death; no one hears your screams when you're trapped in your head. There's a saying in the community, "You don't hear the one that gets you." Bad apple? So much more for celebrating diversity. I'll take that as my "emotional" red badge of courage. All that is required for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing. No, I am not formally educated. Let us reason for a moment: If I starve my children to death, and it is considered "euthanasia" in Schiavo's case by law, then why would I go to jail? I say, incarceration would occur due to the fact that they are alive and "defenseless". It is cruel. What's the difference if a bullet was used? Same result. Logic would have us come to the same conclusion. Death. Here's another; If you came across two women fighting over a child, both saying it's theirs, what would be the "reasonable" thing to do? (Oh, there is no "modern" medical detection apparati) You are the judge, jury, and executioner. It is only you, the two women, and the child. Quoting Biblical text is not my thing. Standing up for what is right is my motivation. However, my life is more simple now, I am worried how things are, rather than how they appear.Until we have met, you will be afforded "Scarrs". Reason? We both zip up our own trousers. Prove your love to someone. I can reason why one can't. You reason how.

The Terri Schiavo case is about much more than unplugging a feeding tube,or the president getting involved and I agree we don't want the government in our personal life or in our bed rooms , but this case was not about that either, the bill the government passed was for this case only, for this (one) person only in the whole united states. the bill only suggested to.have her tested AGAIN , they would have done that for criminals on death row. Terri had not had any therapy for medical testing for over 10 yrs , medicine and teleology have come since then, this was not about Republicans or Democrats , but the democrats jump on the band wagon with why didn't they do more and take the national guard in a rescue Terri
What more do you think President Bush and Governor Bush could have done?
did you want then to break the law and go to jail? if they had broken the law and gone to jail , it still would not have removed Terri from that hospice.
Can you think of any other President or Governor that would have stuck their neck out to help only (one) person? surely you don't believe President Clinton ,John Kerry or John Edwards would have done what they tried to do for Terri .
You should be happy we have the two of them on our side,. if had been your child, you would think different about the President and Governor trying to help. it took lot of courage and human compassion knowing no matter if they had chosen not to get involved, they were going to take all the blame .
There was honestly nothing more they could have done for Terri.
the blame belong to Judge Greer and Michael Schiavo they held all the cards

About Terri schiavo does it not seem strange she had 5 or more broken bones, when she had her so called heart attack or stroke. how do you fall or pass out in a hall, on the carpet and break 5 or more bones? broken back, both ankles , both her knees and ribs .
The Schindlers never got to see her medical report. Michael had the records sealed. the information about the broken bones came out in discovery in the malpractice law suit.
how would you like to find that out about your child in court when she could not speak? I guess the hospital did not set the broken bones was because the doctors said she could not feel pain .

A Nobel prize nominee doctor was the only doctor that spent time with her , and his report said she was aware and could improve.
And the three nurses that took care of her for years said she was aware and could swallow ,that she could say mama ,hi,and hurt.
The hospital fired one nurse when she went to the police and told them about finding empty insulin vile in the trash, after Terri went into a hypoglycemia coma and there were three signs of needle shots, one under the breast , under the arm and in her groin,
judge for your self is she is comatose?
    http://4lifeshaperite.com/rumbles/Conversations_with_Terri.html

Terri lived this way for 7 years, at that time he made sure she got good care , ( I believe all for show ) it was only a few months after he was awarded over a million dollars to be used for her therapy , that he remembered that Terri said she didn't want live on life support and at that time ALL of Terri's comforts was cut off even the TV , he claimed he did wont her to hear something that would up set her ......."wait a minute" I thought he said she was brain dead ,
he gave orders to the nurses she was not to given any antibiotics, even for the high fever she had from a kidney infection, her parents files a motion in court for her to get treatment for her kidney infection, but it was turned down by Judge Greer, he had already order the feeding tube be removed. she was going to did so why treat it . he was the only judge that ever ruled on her case. Terri had no presentation for her court , the judge went by what Michael Schiavo said,
Michael and his attorney Felos (also on the board of the hospice )moved Terri into the hospice and defrauded medical for 5 yrs , Michael didn't have to pay a dime, we did the tax payers,
when his attorney made a public statement on TV that Michael insisted on an autopsy , it sounded like he wanted to prove she was a vegetable and take some of the heat off himself, but the truth is he didn't have a choice ,its the law in FLORIDA also his attorney Felos said Michael was grief stricken and had not left his wife side but had lived at the hospice since the feeding tube was removed , the truth is , he stayed so he could be in control of who went into see Terri and make sure she didn't get water.

I believe the reason Michael Schiavo didn't take the millions offered to him to let Terri live, is he would make a lot more money on a movie, book sale and TV interviews than he would if he had let Terri live, also if he had taken the millions to let Terri live and she did have some speech therapy, (that he denied her) .Terri may have learned to communicate in some way and tell the truth how she got all the broken bones from falling in the hall from a heart attack, and if that happened he would not get to enjoy all those millions, he would be in jail ,.plus the public would hate him even more. he needed to do something to get the public to feel sorry for him as a grieving husband ( although his is living with another woman and they have 2 children ) that he was killing Terri because he was determined to carry out Terri's wishes.
Guess time will tell if this is not about money, I do believe he will write a book and make a movie.
I hope the Schindler's can sue Michael for millions so he can never profit on writing books , movie or TV interviews over killing her.
Since Michael Schiavo did not allow Terri to have a proper Catholic burial and insisted on cremating her , (was cremation also her wishes also Michael ?) or just another way to control and cover up, ,I guess Terri supporters and friends that came to love her will have to got go to:
Michael and Jodi Centonze home on 2807 MARRIE CT CLEARWATER, FL to pay their respect and mourn Terri. I hope the public will never let them live in peace. but remind them daily and never forget that they murdered Terri. I also believe Jodi Centonze was part of this cruel heartless murder. I hope Terri will have the last word after the autopsy.
Terri's gone be with God and the Pope
